This is the ever evolving agenda for Open Everything Hollyhock. It's still open for input-- both here on the wiki and in real time at the event.
How to post to this wiki...Wednesday is mostly a travel day. Aim to get to Hollyhock by late afternoon so you can get to know the place, join us for dinner and participate in the opening evening session.
All afternoon - We'll be there to welcome you and help you get settled into the Hollyhock groove.
630pm - Dinner - Your first chance to have amazing, organic, local, prepared-with-love food from Hollyhock. If you want wine with dinner, bring it along.

1115am - Break
1130am - Open Session - Project and Concept Feedback - Sign up to present your big idea or project, and then get constructive feedback from others. A great chance to share what you are doing AND make it better. Example #1: Mozilla's Zak Greant has offered to deliver a tightened up version of The Age of Literate Machines and then will ask for others for ideas on how to improve it. Example #2: Paul Biondich will ask for ideas on how to best structure and sustain the Open Medical Record System project as it grows. Example #3 - Your project!

200pm - Open Outputs (Allen Gunn and Mark Surman)
315pm - Break
345pm - Personal Board of Directors - This is a chance for each Open Everything participant to bring their organizational or career challenges to an informal forum of experts: (you) and your peers. The structure requires strong facilitation and starts with a round table for each participant to lay out their challenges. 3-4 people will then be chosen in each group to receive 15 minutes of clarifying questions and then directed feedback on their issues. Works best sitting on a log on the beach. Not to be missed!
